On 27th June 2021,The Protection of Civilians train the trainers (POC ToT) funded by GPOI started virtually at this Centre, with the participation of 18 officers' from Nepali Army. During the opening remarks the commandant of BPOTC Col Manoj Baidawar highlighted the importance of POC course in Multidimensional mission environment to deal with POC Mandate.

This course is designed to enhance the capacity of participants for the effective implementation of POC mandates in Peace Operations in order to mitigate the effects of conflicts on civilians.

The course concludes on 1st July 2021.
