On 6th Oct 2021, The Director of DPKO, Nepali Army Brigadier General Sudarshan Silwal addressed the Unit Commanders, Officers, JCOs and all ranks soon to be deployed in the mission area, On the occasion of closing ceremony of PDT organized by BPOTC.

During his remarks he highlighted on Nepali Army's contribution and discipline maintained during mission. He also emphasized the areas that the UN gives special preferences such as conduct and discipline, professionalism, respect for diversity and zero tolerance policy on sexual exploitation and abuse. He expressed his belief on the continuation of selfless service projected by Nepali peacekeepers in the future as well.

During the visit he has also inspected operational, training and logistic aspect of the training centre.
