On 26 April 2022, The Commandant of Birendra Peace Operations Training Centre (BPOTC) Col Dil Bikram Subba formally addresses the closing Ceremony of "Code of conduct 2079" program conducted at BPOTC. This 2 days program (25-26 April 2022) was design to enhance the professionalism, discipline and ethical behavior amongst the soldiers. This program was attended by all ranks of BPOTC and all the troops currently undergoing Pre Deployment Training. During his closing remarks Col Dil Bikram Subba emphasized on Moral obligation and duty of the soldiers towards the organization, constitution of Nepal and towards Nepalese Citizens and also highlighted the important of such program to communicate the core values, competencies and ethical behaviour required for Soldiers.
