On 29th Nov 2018, the Director of Directorate of Military Operations Major General Prabhu Ram Sharma visited Birendra Peace Operations Training Center on the occasion of closing ceremony of Pre-deployment training of Durga Box Battalion (HRPB) and Force Military Police Unit (Reinforce) soon to be deployed in Central African Republic (CAR).

During the visit the Director inspected the Pre-deployment training of the battalion and addressed the troops highlighting the peacekeeping effort of Nepali Army in maintaining international peace and security under the UN flag.

The General also observed a demonstration conducted by Durga Box Battalion.
