On the 12th of October 2022, commandant BPOTC Col Dil Bikram Shubba handed over the command of the training center to the new commandant Col Sudhir Pratap Singh, in an official ceremony organized at the premise of Birendra Peace Operation Training Centre (BPOTC). Unit commanders undergoing PDT, faculty members, and all ranks of BPOTC were present during the ceremony.
