On 1st December 2019, the commandant of BPOTC Col Manoj Baidawar officially inaugurated the opening ceremony of United Nations Military Observers' Course (UNMOC) conducted here at Birendra Peace Operations Training Centre (BPOTC), Kavre.

The course is funded by Nepali Army and this course has been recognized by United Nations also. This course will be conducted from 01-13 Dec 2019.There are altogether 21 Student officers including four foreign participants from Bangladesh,Malaysia,Pakistan and SriLanka
