On 11 December 2019. The commandant of BPOTC Col Manoj Baidawar formally inaugurated the pre- development Training of Military Police Unit (6th Daffa) as well as EOD Unit (7th Daffa) which are soon to be deployed in MINUSCA, Central African Republic (CAR). The commandant focused on acquiring the skills and competences during the PDT and use them in field after deployment. He also urged the participating troop to maintain discipline and highest standard of conduct continuing the contribution of Nepali Peacekeepers in different UN missions.
