On 29 December 2019, the commandant of Birendra Peace Operation Training centre formally addressed the closing ceremony of “French language Course” conducted from 02-29 Dec 2019. The course had 100 hours session and 50(fifty) participants from MINUSCA and MINUSMA were included. The aim of this course was to bridge the communication gap among the peacekeepers and other mission components as well as the locals once being deployed in the mission area. The Deputy Director of Alliance Franchoise also expressed his gratitude for providing the learning environment in the training centre. Alliance Franchaise has provided French language mentor. This French Language course has been conducting form last three years for the peacekeeper wo are going to be deployed in French speaking countries.
